Regardless, my guess would be that something like 5% of people in the US have heard of Taylor and probably less than .5% know more than a few details. And that there will be some pockets that have heard of him or are more aggressive on industrializing knowledge work (business operations, agile software development, lean thinking, scrum, etc.)
